Meet the Founder

Aloha! I'm Jenny, the creator behind Picklelei. 🌺 By day, I'm an industrial and packaging designer. I've spent my career creating thoughtful, beautiful, and functional products, but Picklelei is an unexpected passion project that grew from friendship, creativity, and a love for the game. A few years ago, I picked up pickleball simply because I was looking for a new hobby and a fun way to stay active. I never imagined that one decision would lead me to lifelong friendships and eventually inspire Picklelei. Through this sport, I've met some of the most incredible women. They believed in me long before Picklelei became a reality. They encouraged me when I doubted myself, celebrated every milestone, modeled my apparel, shared my vision, and constantly inspired me to dream bigger. Truthfully, without them, the Picklelei artwork files would probably still be sitting on my computer. Their friendship gave me the confidence to stop waiting for the "perfect time" and simply begin. They continue to motivate me to work harder, create with purpose, and build something that reflects the joy and aloha we've found both on and off the court. Picklelei is more than an apparel brand to me. It's a celebration of friendship, creativity, Hawaiʻi, and the incredible community that pickleball has brought into my life. My hope is that every piece reminds you of the friendships you build, the laughter you share, and the memories made every time you step onto the court.
